You can make your way up to the platform just above the ground floor of the tower to this gorgeous view without having to pay the entrance fee up to the tower observation deck. A warning though, the hike up the hill is pretty steep, so it does take a lot out of your thighs. It’s right smack in the middle of the city and is popular among cyclists and joggers, and is also well-known for its seasonal flowers like Cherry Blossoms. There are 3 main caves and several small ones. The “Temple Cave” or “Cathedral Cave” is the most well known of all.
