Eh SIA LAH, Jetstar Asia just announced it’s adopting Singlish as the official customer-facing language for all its Singapore-based customers. Taking the heartland to the skies, steady pom pee pee!

Singlish-specific flights departing Changi airport
Singlish training for all pilots and cabin crew
A “singlified” website with Singlish as a language option
Feel right at home with announcements from cabin crew such as “make sure your seatbelt kiap tight tight” and “put your barang barang under the chair”. And heartfelt words from a true blue Singaporean pilot — “Thank you very much hor, for choosing Jetstar Asia”.
