Vacations are the holy grail of most Singaporeans now. So we were not surprised when a recent survey found 42%1 of Singaporeans will straight up quit their jobs and get a new one if it comes with more vacation time! Employers, maybe it’s time to revise your company’s unpaid leaves?
The survey also found that 44% of Singaporeans are willing to retire earlier for more holidays. Wow, surprise, surprise! We don’t want to spend our whole lives in a cubicle.
