The TripZilla Excellence Awards hence represents the opinion of travel consumers – the most important people in the travel industry.
Thirty-seven awards are presented to Travel Agencies, Cruises, Activities & Attractions, Hotels, and Other Travel Services for their excellence in service, outstanding business practices or for their innovation in travel. The TripZilla Excellence Awards 2017 recognises the achievements of these organisations and endorse them as market leaders that set the benchmark to which all others aspire.
This year has seen the addition of new categories such as: Best Family Resort, Best New Attraction, and Best Vacation Rental Website.
Several winners have clinched the awards for three years running, such as Jetabout Holidays (Best for Australia) and JTB Pte Ltd (Best for Japan).
