SINGAPORE, 31 October 2017 -- The prestigious TripZilla Excellence Awards 2017 has named 37 remarkable travel companies and organisations for service excellence, outstanding business practices and for bringing innovative travel to consumers.

These distinguished accolades are presented to Travel Agencies, Cruises, Activities and Attractions, Hotels, and other Travel Services as testament to their achievements over the last year. The winners were chosen via an intensive voting process conducted on the TripZilla platform from 16 to 22 October.

Organised by TripZilla, an independent and leading online travel media in Southeast Asia that reaches more than 25 million travellers monthly, the Awards reflect the voices of travel consumers – the heart of the travel industry.

This year has seen the addition of new categories such as Best Family Resort, Best New Attraction, and Best Vacation Rental Website. First-time winners who made their way into the TripZilla Excellence Awards 2017 include Hotel YAN, Sentosa, Avis Car Rental, HomeAway and FWD. Several winners have also made notable wins by clinching the Awards for three years running, such as Jetabout Holidays (Best for Australia) and JTB Pte Ltd (Best for Japan).
